Kraken Bond Multi Purpose Sealant Universal Silicone Sealant is a gap filling and sealing sealant caulk that can be used in a variety of applications. Cured bathroom sealant can be removed barely mechanically. __ For joint widths between 0.23 and 0.47 in, a joint depth of 0.23 in is advised. A 2:1 ratio between the joint's width and depth is ideal. __ Do not use in completely enclosed spaces where the lack of humidity prevents the window caulk from curing. __ On porous surfaces like marble, natural stone, concrete, etc., it is not advised to use. __ It must not be applied to mirrors or delicate metals like copper, brazen, or lead due to the acidic curing process. __ Not over-paintable. __ Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause discoloration. __ Can yellow if exposed to bleach or HCL-based brick cleaners whilst curing. __ The shelf life is 18 months if stored in an unopened-original package in a dry place at temperatures between 41 ¡F and 77 ¡F. __Avoid inhaling water resistant sealant vapor for extended periods of time. The application area must be ventilated properly. Cured silicone rubber bears no risk to health.
